Complaints. Complaints will be handled in a fair and confidential manner. If, for any reason, you have a complaint, please contact us by phone or e-mail.

Our Guarantee. Here at Classic Team Lotus we consider our customers to be extremely important to us and we are greatly dedicated to customer service and satisfaction. We promise to always take problems seriously and endeavour to correct them as soon as possible. Order Processing. Upon receiving your order, it will be processed and shipped out within 5 working days.
If your item is not in stock, we will offer you the opportunity to cancel your order, or wait until we can receive the out of stock item into our stock. We will keep you notified of any such activity.
Our customer service department will contact you with an estimated delivery date. You will not be charged until the item is ready to be dispatched. Payment methods which Classic Team Lotus accepts are: VISA, Switch, Mastercard, SOLO, Electron, Maestro, JCB or PayPal.
Delivery Charges. All delivery charges are based on Royal Mail pricing, and are calculated by size of parcel and weight. Delivery charges are at current UK European and Worldwide prices. Items that weigh over 2kg will carry additional postage charges. Please contact us for more information.
Returns & Refunds. It is the policy of Classic Team Lotus to ensure that all products supplied to our customers arrive in perfect condition. Should the product, on arrival, not match your requirements, and is returned to us within 14 days, Classic Team Lotus will refund you in full less any postage charges. If your product is damaged, please inform us within 7 days of delivery. If you are returning an item, Classic Team Lotus must be informed in writing, either by e-mail or letter, detailing your order reference number and reason for return.
For faulty items Classic Team Lotus will refund the postage. For non-faulty/unwanted items return postage will be the responsibility of the customer. For larger items, Classic Team Lotus can arrange collection through its couriers. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Receipts & VAT. All goods will be provided with a receipt and or invoice. Any mistakes with invoices, receipts or payments will be rectified as soon as possible. Please contact us if you suspect your receipt or invoice to be incorrect
All VAT qualifying items have VAT inclusive and VAT exclusive prices displayed.
VAT calculation is based on the delivery address input at checkout, and is charged at 20%.
